1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website skyhighjob.com (the "Site") and the recruitment, staffing and career services offered by SkyHighJob Consultancy ("SkyHighJob", "we", "us"). Separate written agreements govern paid services for employers; where those conflict with these terms, the written agreement prevails.

2. No fees for candidates

SkyHighJob does not charge candidates for registration, resume review, coaching, applications or placement. Any request for payment made in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

3. Candidate obligations

• Information you provide must be accurate and current. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may result in removal from our database and withdrawal of any offer.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in India.
• You agree not to share confidential employer information disclosed to you during a search.

4. Employer obligations

• Candidate information shared by SkyHighJob is confidential and may be used only for evaluating the candidate for the stated role.
• If you hire a candidate introduced by SkyHighJob, directly or indirectly, within 12 months of introduction, the agreed fee applies.
• You are responsible for making lawful hiring decisions and for the terms of any offer you extend.

5. Job listings

Listings on the Site describe live mandates as briefed to us by employers. Roles may be filled, changed or withdrawn without notice. Salary ranges are indicative. Some listings on this Site are sample listings used to demonstrate the job board and are labelled as such in our records.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or republish Site content, submit false or malicious data, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

7. Intellectual property

The SkyHighJob name, logo, website design and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages but may not reproduce content without permission.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a candidate will be placed or that an employer will hire. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Site or free services is limited to ₹1,000, and for paid services to the fees paid for the engagement in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in a written service agreement.
