In short: we collect the details you give us (resume, contact information, work preferences) to match you with jobs or candidates. We share candidate profiles only with employers you agree to be considered by. We never sell data, never charge candidates, and delete your data on request.

1. Who we are

SkyHighJob Consultancy ("SkyHighJob", "we", "us") operates the website skyhighjob.com and provides recruitment, staffing and career services in India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and our services.

2. What we collect

Candidates: name, phone number, email, city, resume/CV and its contents (education, employment history, skills), current and expected salary, notice period, and any information you share during calls or interviews.
Employers and partners: name, company, work email, phone number, hiring requirements and communications with us.
Website visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, if enabled, basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

To match candidates with suitable job openings and present them to employers with consent.
To provide resume review, interview coaching and salary guidance.
To respond to hiring requests and deliver recruitment services to clients.
To send job alerts and career content you have opted into.
To prevent fraud, comply with law and enforce our terms.

4. Consent and your choices

We process candidate data on the basis of your consent, given when you register, apply or share your resume with us. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will stop processing and delete your data as described below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

5. Who we share it with

Prospective employers, only after we have told you the employer, role and salary band and you have agreed to be considered.
Service providers who host our website, email and forms, under contracts that restrict their use of data.
Background-verification partners, only when an employer requires verification and you have been informed.
Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

6. Retention

Candidate profiles are retained for 24 months from the last interaction so that we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client and transaction records are retained as required by tax and company law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us using the contact details on this site; we respond within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable service providers to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

Our services are for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
