Questions we get on the first call
A percentage of the candidate's annual CTC, invoiced only after the candidate joins. The exact percentage depends on seniority and volume and is written into the agreement before we start. There is no retainer for standard permanent hiring.
We replace the candidate at no additional fee. For executive search mandates the guarantee period is six months.
